I know they’ve had a huge disruption in their schedule but Longford are massively underperforming so far, looking at their squad they’ve more than enough to be up amongst the playoffs challenging…..
Irish by birth ,Harps by the grace of god.

I have only seen one game so far in Lissywoolen I wasnt impressed one bit by our defending. We are decimated by injuries tbh. I would take the pt from Tralee tmw night think its going to be a long dreary season
Gary Cronin is he the right man to manage Longford Town?

Strange enough table, really - the top three are reasonably secure, and it wouldn't take much for Treaty to find their feet again, but anyone else could break into the top half if they could so much as string consecutive wins together.

Treaty, Bray and Longford were in the hunt for a playoff for a good part of last season. Apart from the newcomers finding their feet, Finn Harps were off the pace. Have Finn Harps the majority of last year's squad? Cobh and Athlone made a significant improvement last year.

Most of the same squad, with Cawley, Success, Tourish, Mbuli and Lotefa added.

Almost forgot about him too. He's doing okay, has an awful lot to learn yet, but improving each time he gets minutes.

I wouldn't bemoan a draw in the pats game tonight - they are a step up in quality from the 3 previous team's we've played, and it looks like it'll be end up being Greene & Burke up front- I missed out on the away ticket lottery so I'll have to shout at loitv tonight instead - my neighbours will be oh so pleased!

You Dubs are made of soft stuff lol. Try Armagh to Cobh in one go followed by Kerry a few days later. Although I'm raging I didn't book a hotel now.

We've quite pathetically won once in our last 22 games against Rovers apparently, so it'd be nice to address that this evening. It's been a far cry from the heady days of Morgan Langley where it felt like we couldn't help but beat them.

Always knew the away travel moaning by Cork/Derry/Harps fans over the years was exaggerated, N2/A5 can be as quick with luck and knocks 1/4 off the distance, motorway all the way to Cork these days so even less excuse for whinging!

The only complaint about that motorway to cork is it's so straight it's incredibly boring. Do have to take a few stops along the way to fight the boredom

I just realised the early kick off means we can go top for a period of time. Coupled with the 4 games I haven't been at being Harps wins its defo a defeat then.

Our injury list worse than ever with Grace, Kenny, Gaffney,Byrne , McEneff & Farrugia all missing , so you should being at home you should win handily

What’s the story with Ronan Finn UCD fans? Is he out long term?

I heard he is out for another 4 weeks or so. Just bought a ticket for the Harps game tonight a good few Rovers fans doing the same.
