I voted for a continuation of the Dublin bias. Us poor jackeens can't be expected to travel down the country to watch a match.
Typical student, can't count. You banned from vote.Originally Posted by Bald Student

As I say, we're just young & a bit nieve.
Cork City v Rovers should be a cracker, but then maybe I'm ever so slightly biased!
The fight is won or lost far away from witnesses - behind the lines, in the gym, and out there on the road, long before I dance under those lights.

Id saw Derry vs Rovers .
Premier leaders (if we stillare at that stage) v 1st division leaders is the obvious game.
Tough call between the other games, but probably Derry v Rovers promises the most goals....
Rovers vs Derry
Do we really have to go down that old road again about whether Sligo Rovers or Shamrock Rovers have the sole right to be called "Rovers". It has been done to death on here before and there is no right or wrong. The fact is that the word "Rovers" is part of both clubs names and can correctly refer to either club. I was simply expressing my opinion on the topic in question!Originally Posted by Roverstillidie

The 1st Div leaders against the prem Div leaders! end of story
itd be the most entertaining game of the round
Agreed, and our game against Pat's should have been on instead of that sh!t game in Dundalk tooOriginally Posted by Rovers1
Life without Rovers, it makes no sense...it's a heartache...nothing but a fools game. S.R.F.C.
i'd say it's fair enuff to say derry v shams deserves to be on but i think we'd be far more entertaining to watch then shams so we deserve to be on too
hmmmm, seen the form book lately? we are on fire at the moment, watch billy and lee roche's goals on tv3 tomorrow.Originally Posted by Red4Eva
the bookies are offering lovely odds of 17/1 for Rovers to lift the cup. 6 games unbeaten and we are the outsiders of the remaining 8 for the cup! sligs at 12/1 and us at 17? madness
That's a fair comment. To me it's more annoying when people refer to us as 'Shams'.Originally Posted by Mayo Red

Us and the college and, I quote TroyMcClure, the league runners-up and the cup specialists.
It's about time they showed two of the smaller clubs on the telly.

Well Sligo Rovers are the smallest club left in it so this is our only hope of been on telly so they have to show usOriginally Posted by superfrank
