Better w/end for the NIWFL sides this time, although it didn't prove enough in terms of qualifying for Stage Two (Linfield excepted):

    Group A
    Linfield 6 v 0 Lisburn
    Peamount 1 v 0 Bohs

    Group B
    Cork 1 v 3 Cliftonville
    Wexford 1 v 2 Shelbourne

    Group C
    Crusaders 2 v 2 Shamrock R
    DLR 1 v 1 Treaty

    Group D
    Galway 2 v 2 Athlone
    Sligo R 1 v 5 Glentoran

The top two finishers in each Group are in bold and go through to the next stage (last eight).

    Quarter-final draw:-

    Linfield v Wexford
    Galway v Treaty
    Shelbourne v Athlone
    Shamrock Rovers v Peamount

Winners of Linfield and Galway ties play each other in one semi-final and Shelbourne and Shamrock Rovers ties in the other.

Three of the Quarter Final results from yesterday:
    Linfield 2 v 3 Wexford
    Shamrock R 3 v 0 Peamount
    Shelbourne 2 v 1 Athlone
(Galway v Treaty to play next Saturday, 29th June)

Seems there's a big gap between LOI and IL, possibly not helped by the LOI starting their season at beginning of March? (IL at beginning of May)
