fair fu*cks to harps for givin a real go. sound very unlucky not to win. if harps can cause cork this much trouble i have say i'm pretty damn confident. sum1 told me dey wer talkin to o'grady&he said he hoped cork won cos he'd love to go back there and beat em&the atmosphere would be brilliant. our players&manager will be very confident down there so will our fans. cork will get a big surprise if they think they're only playin a 1st division team

Eh we will be playing a first division team.
Rico or the players won't under estimate Sligo, they know how good Sligo have been this year.

Fair play to Harps, if they could play like that for the rest of the league they coud very well keep themselves up...WUFC down, SPA for the playoff?... they must believe they can do it...
Personally, I'd have preferred 3 points over this....

The bottom line for Sligo is that you have a better chance of beating us in the Cross than you do at home. Anyway you are winning games and confidence is up so bring it on.......

I really dont think its down to homw or away .... Sligo, from what i've seen ... play very good football and punch well above their weight.

This WILL be a tough game and if City take this lightly, we will lose it.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

The first division is ****e this season.

Sligo are the best team in it no doubt but they are nowhere near the class of Cork City.

Sligo Rovers 1-0 Finn Harps. Cork City 0-0 Finn Harps. Finn Harps 2-3 Cork City(after extra time). Not saying much about ye is it?

Did Finn Harps narrow the pitch when you played them. Thats what Harps did tonight to try and curb the Cork City threat. It almost worked too.

Dont get me wrong. I think Sligo are a premier division club and have been too long in the black hole that is the 1st division , but Cork City will be huge favourites for this one.

Hope yee bring a big crowd down. It will be good to see O'Grady back. He was excellent when he was here. he got the player of the year, the year before his injury and was a big fans favourite.

I know ye'll be favourites but we're on form at the moment and ye will be focusing on uefa game which is the following Thursday(afaik) so we dont know what will happen. O'Grady wont be booed then?

He scored a goal for Derry last year down by the Shed end and he didnt celebrate at all. Everybody appreciated it. Top guy.
