Liam's got a new job, teaching boys & girls,
How to hoof the ball away, when it gets near defence.

    Oh Liam....
As I say, we're just young & a bit nieve.

Apologies for bringing another league into it, but you'll never get anyone singing a Rangers song at the cross!

That Eanna is the same as saying that Fields of Athenry is a Celtic song, when it's actually Irish. The fact is Ibrox Stadium isn't the only place that Simply The Best is played. It is also played with pride in such venues as Thomond Park and Musgrave Park if you ever bother to go there.

    Murphy Out Now!!

Sheesh, calm down! I was only pointing out what a lot of peoples reaction would probably be. I've no problem with the song.

To those who have dubbed me a 'rugger bugger' let me get a few things straight.
    1. Rugby is my 2nd favourite sport.
    2. Soccer will always be my favourite.
    3. Cork City FC are closer to my heart than anything else in this world.
    4. I used Thomond Park and Musgrave Park only to illustrate my point.
I hope you're all clear on where exactly I stand on the issue now.

    Murhy Out Now!!

    a song for city!

Surprised that no one mentioned "give a ball a yard of grass" from the late yet great 'sultans of ping f.c.'

give him a ball and yard of grass,
he'll give you a move with a perfect pass,
give him a ball and a yard of space,
he'll give you a move with godly grace.

if god meant game to be played up there,
he would of put goalposts in the air
if god meant game to be palyed up high
he would have built pitches in the sky.

maybe someone could change some word s to include a rant on gunther

    fupp off gunther
    it's brains ya want...
