    Talking song for CCFC

What tune should be played when City take the field next season: obvious ans. is Elvis with Falling in love ( not the wingey ub40 cover), however thats not what I am looking for. After last seasons performance someone suggested ( after the MSC final) that the theme music to the Muppet show might be appropriate, so with humour in mind any suggestions?

Goodness do I have to wait until school finishes???
OK to get the ball rolling...How about 'Send in the Clowns'

I suppose that "Who Let the Dogs Out?" would be too obvious? Anyway Pats play that already

"Suspicious minds" would have been good under the last board No reason not to play the banks, or else falling in love would be a good one.

well if were going to have another bad season then i suggest
    ''losing my religion'' r.e.m.
    and ''everybody hurts'' too
i suppose that would be hard to sing now that i think of it..............

Very cruel indeed. Noelle has put too much time and effort into the club to be treated like that.
We could always bring Plonker back and put a wig on him

With humour in mind, how about 'Simply the Best' by Tina Turner. As much as we'd like to believe, it just isn't bloody well true!

Well I remember the great chant we had for Derek as the FAI cup went down Pana in '98 "Derek is our hero, he looks like Rob de Niro, na na na na." I think Moses was responsible for that gem!
