As far as I know it's not official but it does look accurate and is updated regularly throughout the season by some fans.
The Kerry squad was announced on X, Twitter. Not listed on the club website yet.

Haven't seen anywhere with a full list for each team. A (I think?) former president of Bohs - @chippie1974 - was putting together handy lists on Twitter but obviously they can quickly become outdated as more signings continue to be announced.
