Is Bohs vs Derry on 13th June on VM? It is down as a Thursday evening KO which would be very unusual if not for tv.

The RSC looked great last night on TV, some great aerial views of the stadium in the late sunlight, looked like a nice evening to watch live football!

Yeah very enjoyable game to watch as well. Some terrible defending from both sides but plenty to keep people engaged. Not mad about Perth on commentary though he seemed somewhat naive in some of the things he was saying. At one point I recall him mentioning that Pierrot didn't look like a goal threat during the game but to me it seemed like Drogheda wanted him to win headers and hold the ball up rather than hang around the box? Which makes sense considering Drogheda were away from home and probably trying to right some of the issues that lead to losing v Galway by not committing too many forward. Thought the first half was a poor enough watch, but second half was much better and provided some great entertainment.
The constant referral to Charlie Adam watching was a bit of minnowism from commentary team, and also thought Perth was brutal on comms, but otherwise coverage was largely excellent.

I enjoyed having a game on a Thursday night. Who knows if it picked up many non LOI viewers but I would think supporters of LOI teams might have tuned in as not at a match or watching their own team on LOITV.
Is it just me, or is it maybe the time of year, but a lot of the pitches don’t seem to be in great nick. Tallaght and Richmond seem ok, but I thought the pitch at Waterford, and again at Dalymount last night seemed very bumpy. The ball wasn’t travelling well over the surface at all. From what I remember of Pats game there, Sligo wasn’t great either, and I know Tolka has had a lot of negative comments too.
Out for a spell, got neglected, lay on the bench unselected.
Pats v Dundalk on monday will now be on Virgin Media, as Bohs v Rovers scheduled for Friday week is postponed.
I'm sure the VM Studio team will be completely unbiased for this one.

Watched Kerry v Bohs yesterday and have to say although Mounthawk Park probably has limited camera platforms, there were some really good alternative camera angles. Well done LOI TV.
Kerry own broadcast puts everyone else in the league to shame. They have a superb production of their streams.

Kerry have improved on that. The automatic camera was a terrible watch. Painful.
Great camera angles and graphics, one or two areas for improvement but it's some difference from last year.
