The away part to north terrace is only about half, remember it’s only 120 in away end. And if the club are worried about security risks (flares etc) then it seems strange you increase Corks allocation by 2.5 times.. The club have been selling home tickets in north terrace since day 1 also, so not sure about designated away end (roughly only 50% is designated away end, which is normal for clubs to designate a % of a stand / terrace to away supporters and not entire space at one end or the other)

After watching BVB v PSG last night and the wonderful 'Yellow Wall', I was wondering if it is the best display of fan support at any world football venue!

The Dortmund event is particularly special as it is done for every home game and really promoted when it is a big game as was seen last night!

Anyone had the experience of attending this showing or similar around the world?

I know the fans here in the league are doing a great attempt in copying this type of support at their levels. You can see that at some grounds now, Shels & Rovers have a good showing while a packed 'Shed' in TC always puts on a good show.

My favourite part about Dortmund's yellow wall is its infamous relevance to the 2024 League of Ireland Attendances

3,765 in Inchicore. Lowest crowd of the season so far on what was a wet night. As always those are the nights that really ring home the need for the stadium renovation asap

Free entry. Promotion; a good few vouchers to be won etc. Fair play to the club and those involved. I couldn't make this evening, but they are a good team to watch and talented players.

252 given as the attendance on connect for Wexford v Athlone.

Is that legit? Seems very low and coincidentally the same attendance that UCD had the same night.

327 for their game against Longford recently, but seems very low alright, considering their recent results and position in the table.

On a separate point, noticed 15k or so attended the Cliftonville v Linfield IFA cup final, it was biggest in years.

Wondering why these are not bigger attended. Windsor Park can hold 18,500, no reason with better marketing that can't be a sell out.

It did sell out, sold out within an hour of tickets going on general sale.

The Police limited the numbers allowed attend.

How many away tickets are Derry giving in them 2 sections of the stand? Their is loads room there to give a few more tickets for away fans
