It's the first division where I'll be really interested to see how the numbers fair week 1 and month 1. It's not the graveyard anymore and clubs like Athlone, Treaty and Wexford should be aiming for regular crowds over 1k.
Can't see those clubs (bar wexford) getting those sorts of crowds unless results are excellent.

The 507 reportedly from the Kingdom, according to your match programme editor.

Little over 9000 4 first div games, Cork of course having more than the other 3 combined but very good crowd in Limerick.

    23,826 in Prem.

More at first round tonight than 1st night last season.

Big support in Limerick. Anyone know if many of that are season ticket holders? Interesting link up with Treaty Brewery for a pint and burger before marching on to the Markets Field. Might check it out on an away day!

Bray always have had a poor following nearly 40 years in the league now as well. I thought Galway had sold out or is Terryland limited to around the 4,000 mark now?

Yes, it is bad. For some reason the cabinteely lads running it can't seem to get the locals on board. It's been that bad in at the matches, that alot of people have started going to pats, rovers and bohs games.

The atmosphere is non existent at the Carlisle, it's become an awful place to watch football. Way too much messing still going on off the pitch.

Never a good sign when they’re choosing other games over their own club, they’ve a dogs dinner of it completely…

Edp capacity is 4,300 cut from 5,000 when the engineers did their last report . The game was a sell out counting unused season tickets.

That's some crowd at the Treaty v Cobh For a Friday night 16th February. Rumour down Limerick way is that it could be their year. Most fans are quietly confident about the squad. If you start winning games then the crowds will come!

Their year for what? The MSC and playoffs? I'd be surprised if they challenge Cork.

UCD will challenge Cork. Wouldn't be banking on Cork winning the league at all

UCD were well adrift of Cork last year. The next few games should give an indication of UCD will be ahead of the rest or not.
