I don't think there are any yet?

It'll be friendlies for the first half of the year - none announced so far as I know

Then Nations League in Sept/Oct/Nov (two games per window), with the draw in Feb.

No fixtures announced yet, the Lativa friendly we had in March was announced mid-December afaik with the Belgium game not announced until January, so I'd hazard a guess and say it will be the along the same lines this time around. They'll be holding off until after the Euro draw this weekend(?) and we'll play a March friendly against one of the teams that Scotland draw(most likely).
