If we can beat Finn Harps Monday night i would love to play Sligo in the Q/F...i would love a trip to the showgrounds..last time i was up there we had a great night(off the pitch after losing)..

And before any smart comments Jorge i know we must beat Finn Harps Monday and with the cup anything can happen..here's hoping..

    Well done Sligo..

Just back from the Rovers game

Brilliant game and brilliant performance. Pat's fans booed their team off the pitch at the end of the game . Through to the last 8 . This is the game that TG4 should of shown, never mind the Louth derby this was a cracker

Well ye weren't terrible. I'd say it was the fact that ye were knocked out by a First Divsion team that annoyed them more so

Im not sligoman, but Pats were pretty poor. I was sitting beside a Pats supporeter. At one point he seemed to be supporting us especially Cretaro and Kudizovic. I was expecting a far better Pats team than the one we got tonight.

In fairness, the one he gave as a free in looked disgraceful if the reactions of our players was anything to go by - probably a yard or two inside the box. The linesman was right up with play and didn't do anything either!

Still can't get the hang of scoring goals in these half-time games. May get another chance on Tuesday!

Good to see Sligo and Wayside Celtic keeping the magic of the cup alive.

When the full draw came out of the hat I thought there'd be no real shocks in there. You could even have been excused for thinking it'd been fixed !

So good to see that there are still surprises (though thankfully not for City ! )

Well it shouldn't of been. I expected Rovers to win, no doubt.

    The Model Club

Tell all the Bohs you know
that we've gone and won two-in-a-row
and it's not gonna be three
and it's not gonna be four
it's more likely to be 5-1.

Of course it was no surprise - the best team in the 1st against the worst Pats team I've ever seen (and that's saying something).

Pats are RUBBISH and a good few people did well at the bookies from the Sligo/Pats game.

I actually was (the town V pats match that is), Longford were very lucky to win that night in fairness. Pats defo deserved something out of the match.

I think we all know that the standards we saw on Sat (Reffing) night were farcical.Missing one peno (if it was one) and then giving another which clearly wasn't (because he thought he should have given the first one) is pathetic.

    Refs are $hit shocker.
We're not arrogant, we're just better.
