Just checked Aer Lingus. 208euro, that's going out on the 14th and back on the 16th, from Dublin

The line of form through Anderlecht, Gent and Bohs would give Cork every chance of going through.

I think Cork can get a result with this tie. They arent world beaters and Cork are playing very well. Plus the away tie is first which is very fortunate and travelling there is straightforward.

Wouldn't think it was the toughest draw. They lost 4-1 to Anderlecht in the last round of the Champions League. They have 3 or 4 full Czech internationals and about 5 U-21 internationals, so they'll be tough but I reckon we could upset them....

Away leg first again (we have been drawn away in 1st leg for 6 rounds in a row now - Malmo game was changed to home agme first) gives us a better chance to progress. Away in 2nd leg would have meant i could make the trip but sure will just save cash & holidays for group stages now.

Last 12 years' results in Europe from their website... Nothing too impressive, particularly recently (apart from beating some crap Irish team 6-0 in 1994! ). Reckon they'll win, but COrk should be good for a draw somewhere.

Cannot really say if it's good or bad as I know nothing about them.
But here's hoping you give them a good game. Tough, Physical, blood and guts type, even get through to the next stage and forget about this little tussle with Derry for the league. Or at the very least be abosultely fcuked after the 2 legs and lose a few important league games

    Good luck

€548 with CSA from Cork direct to Prague leaving 14th and retuining 16.

UK based low cost airlines all fly to Prague from nearly every medium sized airport. It's probably the best bet if you can't get a reasonable direct flight from Cork/DUblin.

Easyjet and bmibaby both fly a couple of times a days to Prague from Nottingham East Midlands Airport. I know that bmibaby flies from Cork to Nottingham and Ryanair flys there from Dublin.

Their record in recent seasons is far from daunting & nothing past about 2-3 years means anything.

They will obviously be favourites but we have a chance.

    Here is their squad

    http://www.uefa.com/footballEurope/C...n=1/index.html

No famous names that I can see there. If City get an away score draw or win then I fancy their chances.

Slavia Praha now have details of the draw on their website:
    http://www.slavia.cz/novinka.asp?id=11261&typ=

"In any case there will be no underestimation from our side, we respect a quality of a team that eliminated strong Swedish opposition, but out of the possible opponents it is the one that was more favorable for us," Slavia coach Karel Jarolim said.
