Any info on Mark Mukendi? apparently lined out for the U-19's against Bulgaria the other night, and the FAI site says he's with Derry City...name sounds African.

He is the son of ex-Derry City & Finn Harps player, Jose Mokendi.

Jose arrived in Derry back in 85, when we seemed to bringing players in from all around the world. I think he came from Zaire originally, but settled in Derry and got married.

He's a good prospect, he is huge and can play either centre mid or centre half. Got a run out against Celtic u-21 and played well.
