I was at the game today and I have to say Nakamura and Robson ran the show for Celtic. That said they never came out of 2nd gear and if it comes down to goal difference not making the most of their chances could come back to haunt them. McDonald's offside goal was on as well
Completely true. The 3-0 old firm win for Rangers in October was riddled with some of the most outrageous referee decisions I have ever witnessed. The guy clearly has a pro Rangers agenda. Craig Levein was fully justified in his comments about McCurry.Incompetence would be expected to even itself out over time, PS; for what it's worth I think you're being generous in the extreme to McCurry. His record over the years of gifting duff decisions to Rangers is more than coincidental. When manager of Aberdeen Ebbe Skovdahl complained twice about McCurry performances in games versus our "friends" and now Levein has cause to do the same. His appointment to matches involving RFC and, indeed, his continued presence on the SPL list both stink to high heaven.

Celtic snatched the championship by edging out Heart of Midlothian on the last day of the campaign. The margin was on goal difference, as Celtic beat St Mirren 5-0 at Love Street and Hearts fell to two late goals from Dundee at Dens Park.

Motherwell at Fir Park will be tricky. St Mirren at Love Street should be an easyish win and then its down to the last game at Pittodrie. Aberdeen have a severe dislike for Rangers, its a shame they still arent fighting for third spot. Dropping 2 points is realistic out of those 9 available.
Celtic will have a tough enough game against Dundee Utd at Tannadice.
If Rangers do drop 2 points and Celtic win it would come down to Goal Difference. The game at Love Street could be very important.........

Anyway, Celtic got the benefit of a wrong decision against Motherwell (corner instead of a goal kick, Samaras scored from it) and Scott McDonald's offside goal in the 3-2 OF win, allowed as onside by linesman Murphy!

On Scott Mcdonalds goal in the 3-2 win. Ive watched that since on the TV and though the pundits seemed to be in no doubt that it was offside - I just cant see how they were so sure. I couldnt see clear daylight (though I think theyve changed the terminology now for that, something to do with "the bit of your body you score with" being offside or something???) Setanta dont do the superimposed lines that Sky have, as yet - They need an Andy Gray............. To me it just looked very tight.
