There is suggestion that he stayed quiet during the refugee bit too. Echoes of Donald Findlay QC though.
I wouldn't call him a racist, but a mouth-breather for sure. Ah, I wasn't aware about the previous charge. Scottish football does seem to be a hotbed of people eager to take offence right now.

Echoes of, "I didn't inhale".
So, are Rangers really on the brink again?

Is it just me or is the article laden with innuendo-of-sorts?
"I ask loyal fans, and I pick my words carefully" and the "Union of fans".
Either way it's such a miserable, backward looking organisation. I wouldn't miss them one bit.
What will they all do each week if they fold I wonder, ferry it to Windsor for Linfield for a few songs maybe.
Or form a F.C.U.M. type effort, The Rangers Union Of The Loyal & Embittered Of Glasgow With No Place In This Century F.C., perhaps.
Those are some shocking comments from Easdale. "It doesn't matter who's running the club, you just have to be loyal and give us loadsamoney." What kind of idiot would fall for that?
I presume that's rhetorical
A message to Leigh Griffiths from the Green Brigade
What's that about.
Meant to post earlier that it was great to see the mighty Raith Rovers beat Rangers in the Ramsden Cup Final:

Mr. Butcher doesn't seem to be doing much better at Hibs than Pat Fenlon.
Forget about the performance or entertainment. It's only the result that matters.
Quite a weekend for Samaras, Eurovision winner and all that, then back to Celtic Pk for his last game in a Celtic shirt and doing what only a Samaras can do, a 10m sliding tackle from behind to win the ball in the penalty area, get to his feet and deftly rounds the goalie before being hacked down for a penalty. At about 3.30.

And carried that young disabled? lad onto the park. Lenny gave him his medal too.
Not to mention the late Oscar Knox tribute.

Roddy for Celtic?
A Proddy yes, Roddy no!
Hibs surrender a 2-0 first leg lead and go out on penalties. Hilariously, Rangers, Hibs and Hearts will all contest the Championship next year, providing Rangers Mk II still exists.
Aye, we know.
What happened to 'all' the Hibs fans on here...
Only Ardee would arrive at a postabout an event a day late and announce to everybody that "we" already know.
Difficult for me to reply quicker, given I was out/busy...
And only you would bother to reply Chas...that we do know!

It's not really hilarious for Scottish football though with even less competition for Celtic next year. Their trips to Tynecastle were at least something to savour with a bit of an edge. Can't believe Hibs were relegated. They had such a terrible end to the season. Bring back Pat Fenlon.

There is no competition for Celtic anyway so it's a bit of a non-sequitur. People said Scottish football would collapse without Rangers there to prop everybody up but attendances have held up and if anything the smaller clubs' non-Old Firm game averages are up. In the footballing sense, I don't think it makes a huge amount of difference that there's one team challenging for the title compared to two. Hearts and Hibs didn't feature in any meaningful sense this season so it's not like the league will be less competitive compared to this year.
