So Celtic won the league in a division where they are far and away the biggest club and their nearest rivals are deducted a skip of points.
What a joke the SPL is.
There is no competition there so I really don't know why they are all so excited.

What's your point? If Man City were deducted 10 points in January the EPL title race would be over too. Rangers have been deducted points for a very good reason. Rangers estimated debt at this point assuming their expected defeat in the HMRC tax case is £130m+. This means Rangers have spent £130m they never generated, have no intention of repaying and indeed never will repay and have enjoyed considerable success while doing so. As a Celtic supporter I am delighted to see Celtic win the league and even more so in light of this.

Just wondering if rangers will be allowed to enter euro comps this year? Which would be great for Motherwell going into the CL

They're definitely unable to play in Europe next year even if they aren't liquidated. So the 2nd CL place will go to whoever finishes third if Rangers finish second.

Well done Hearts, an all Edinburgh cup final, first time in 116 years. Good for Pat Fenlon, better chance of beating Hearts than beating Celtic.

Pretty jammy penalty though, surely? Ref couldn't give it quickly enough I thought.

Even so, Classy reaction from Lennon as always. Delighted that it's an all-Edinburgh affair.

It was never a penalty but that's football sometimes. Get over it and stop making a holy show of yourself and, far more importantly, Celtic Football Club.

PS: The final should be a great occasion, fantastic for both sides. Beattie's celebration was pretty funny too.

He thought it was Wanyama who handled it. Problem is Ledley is white; Wanyama is black. Sums that ref up. Obviously another mason in black, he'll go places with the SFA.

The issue of whether Wanyama's hand made contact with the ball is surely not in question, even in that poor quality gif. The issue is whether it was deliberate or not.

Interesting, I hadn't noticed that at all in the previous clips. I only saw the first handball. That looks a penalty to me now.

agreed. Hadnt seen the second handball. Definite contact and apparently deliberate movement towards the ball from Wanyama. Penalty.
I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.

Why is that any ref who gives a decision against Celtic is a mason? What does that make the ones who make decisions in favour? A papist?

Deliberate doesn't seem to come in to it anymore. The current rule appears to be that if the arm is raised and it hits it = peno whether deliberate or not.

Not sure about this but I think Hearts have had the hoodoo sign over Hibs for quite a while now.
