Dominic Foley and Bohemians have today formally parted company. In a statement issued by the club this evening, Bohemians confirmed that "Dominic Foley's contract has been terminated without
admission of liability by either party".
The move comes after an eircom League tribunal today.

Following discussions at a Tribunal today, Dominic Foley made it clear that he would not be able play for Bohemian FC again.
Bohemian Football Club can confirm that Dominic Foley's contract has been terminated without admission of liability by either party.
