Tets might know more, but it seems like there's less Irish involvement in the Premier this year than last? And for next season you could be looking at Cullen/Obafemi/O'Shea/Ogbene/Egan being relegated, and potentially no Irish players being promoted to replace them. Harness and Taylor are the only two in the automatic promotion places (are they even confirmed for us?) and you could have Leeds taking the third spot for example. Coleman and Doherty may move on in the summer too

Waited until after the final round of fixtures before Christmas to check this - turns out there's an increase on last year, 61 appearances before Christmas last season(44 starts/17 intros) and 95(65 s/30 i) so far this season. Also nine goals scored this season, by four different goalscorers. There were eight goals scored in total last season, by three players.Originally Posted by pineapple stu

Last year was especially awful to be fair. This year will be better but still one of the worst on record. Though we do at least have a few EPL regulars/semi-regulars now in Ferguson, Collins, Ogbene, O'Shea and Egan if he was fit. The first four of those are all reasonably young as well. A real shame Cullen has lost his place and Doherty hasn't nailed down a regular spot though.

More ratings for the past week - same caveat as before as to how much exactly you want to read into the ratings, but I think from going through them they seem reasonable enough, in as much as you can reduce a performance to a number of course.
