After so many good performances in recent months, Kerry need to start picking up results, to end the season on a positive note. A wealth of experience has been built up so far. For many years the First Division ended after 27 rounds. Kerry thankfully have more games to go.
There were a lot of positives to take from the performance against Drogheda. A very strong defensive display in the second half when they needed to stay in the game. That's what we've been waiting for all season. They need to bring that defensive effort into league games. It's been the missing piece to add to the goal threat that is in the team.
Treaty's threat is clear to see from the recent two encounters. From a Kerry perspective, you'd hope we can put another win on the board and bring up the points total. The season can fade away or they can go on a positive run of results.

Nganou, Kennedy and Ainscough come into the starting XI. Hannafin and Barrett drop to the bench. Axworthy isn't in the matchday squad.
Interesting to note that a number of the squad, including Barrett, got their Leaving results today.
