Every Wednesday, the Kerry-based journalist Sylvester Hennessey tweets out the main highlights from the following day's Kerry's Eye
sports section, and today he mentions the KDL AGM. It's stated that the KDL holds a 25% state in Kerry FC, and while they would stand to benefit from any transfer fees received for players sold on, they wouldn't be liable for any debts accrued by the First Division club. Also, it costs €57k to field the four academy sides in 2023:

Strange that the Park delegates were most annoyed, when a significant number of their players are in the Kerry senior squad - or maybe that's why?
