It's stated that the KDL holds a 25% state in Kerry FC, and while they would stand to benefit from any transfer fees received for players sold on, they wouldn't be liable for any debts accrued by the First Division club. Strange that the Park delegates were most annoyed, when a significant number of their players are in the Kerry senior squad - or maybe that's why?
