The Rathmines Inn.
My brother and 3 or less of his mates are starting in UCD in a month or so. Can anyone recommend accommodation suitable for him/them?

If they don't mind a treck out, there's student apartments in the marino instatute of education!!!

Nah, that's way too far away. Would need to be in the Stillorgan, Dundrum, Ranelagh, Rathmines, Donnybrook, Ballsbridge, Sandymount, Leopardstown, Sandyford areas.Originally Posted by Drumcondra Red

I know all the usual ways to look like on daft.ie, and thanks for that, but i'm just posting here in case anyone happens to know of anything on the grapevine type of thing. Sometimes you can get lucky that way.Originally Posted by Dublin12

Try the Evening Herald.
What about Fizzboro after all it's on the 10 bus route and would be cheaper than those snobholes on the southside?Originally Posted by Drumcondra Red

Sorted - got a place in Ranelagh. Typical student dump. Costing €30 per month more than i pay in a brand new 2 bed apartment in Dundrum, with LUAS and shopping centre on doorstep.
As for the north side, why would he bother moving up from home if he had to endure an hour long commute to college anyway?
