Child rapes, bird flu and terrorism are making sure the bad side of the world is in the headlines at the moment but let's not forget....

-The IRA have given up armed conflict
-800 000 young people have gathered with the Pope in Germany to prey for religious unity
-Cancer survival rates are higher than ever beofore and cancer charities are recieving more and more donations
-In the wake of the Tsunami aid agency's were overwhelmed by the sheer amount of money, food and clothes that they recieved from ordinary people around the world
-When the Air France jet crashed in Toronto one man actually ran across the airport and climbed into the burning plane to save the lives of people he had never met

There's a heck of a lot of good in the world.........keep posting the good stories up
