Both of them threw in the towel, not Liam givin' them the shove, maybe more could have been done earlier to resign ollie but Pat was hanging up his boots soon anyway, and maybe Hilly needs him done there, doing him a favour or something. Who know yet anyway.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

ollie was going a long time ago. we all knew it and while it is desperately sad we have to move on. in all fairness ollie wasn't half as good this season as we might like to believe.

as for pat surely for his own sake he should show a bit of dignity. i mean queenstown wanderers!!!!

I know Skippy was going, but the Ollie situation should never have been left drag on til now- look at Bohs, Shelly was transfer-listed cos he was fcukin them around over what he was going to do and hasn't played in 2 months.

Should of sold him if he wasn't going to sign should of get ride of him before Dec, as much as I'd love to see him play again for Cork City he had his mind made up to go a long time ago.
    More money wasted......
    It's only just begun...............

agreed, I'm sorry to see him go, but he should have been *helped* make up his mind a LOT earlier.
