    Another Aertel mistake...

After they reported Drogheda beat Galway 3-0 tonight instead of us the current First Division standings on pg. 238 are:

EIRCOM LEAGUE FIRST DIVISION AUG 18
    P W D L F A Pts
    Dublin City 23 11 8 4 36 19 41
    Sligo Rvrs 23 11 8 4 30 21 41
    Cobh Rmbls 22 9 6 7 33 28 33
    Limerick 23 9 6 8 30 27 33
    Kildare Co 23 8 6 9 22 25 30
    Dundalk FC 23 9 3 11 27 31 30
    Galway Utd 23 8 6 9 28 33 30
    Kilkenny C 23 8 4 11 23 23 28
    Monaghan U 22 6 7 9 22 34 25
    Athlone T 22 4 6 12 16 29 18
    Drogheda U 1 1 0 0 3 0 3

If only Drogs were really bottom of the First Division...

I didn't think they could get so stupid as to put someone in the wrong division... Obviously I was wrong!

I thought we'd only agreed to mention on this board when Aertel got a result correct rather than when they got it wrong.

I still get alaugh out of the couple of fans who met the Galway bus to abuse the players after their 7-2 thrashing by Monaghan on Aertel in the early 90's. They won 7-2 on the pitch but not good enough for some.

When i saw Aertel with Latest from Galway v Drogheda, i was thinking , is it Cup weekend already, and then sure didn't we knock Galway out.
Whats going on and then on P222 Galway 0-3 Dundalk.
    Errortel is right.

Earlier in the week Shelbourne and Cork City were joint bottom of Div1 with two big duck eggs each

They always(the rare time we get on it) call one of our players Lupono Low, when his name is Kupono Low

It was a coding problem, obviously no-one thought that Drogheda were at the bottom of Division 1 with 1 game. Talk about making mountains out of mole-hills...
