Signings mostly.
A couple come through the LSL though I'm not sure what strength it is - Johnny Haist scored a rake of goals last year or the year before and got bumped up to the first team on the back of it, but didn't make an impact.
The likes of Danú Kinsella-Bishop and Ciarán Behan dropped down to it after their debut senior season, had a year or two there too find form, and are back in the senior squad now. Probably among our better players (for what that's worth) but injuries haven't helped either
Seán Coyne (of the red card in Dudelange all those years ago) is still with the LSL, having dropped down in 2017 I think. Sami Belhout was with them till last year, via a spell working in a University in Helsinki
