    Fenlon loses patience

Shelbourne manager Pat Fenlon has issued an ultimate to his beleaguered squad following their defeat to Cork City on Monday night to show a huge improvement or face being shown the door at the end of the season.

Shels chances of clinching a third consecutive eircom League title have been diminished by the 1-0 defeat to the Premier Division leaders, who are now 17-points clear of Pat Fenlon’s side in third place.

They haven't performed to the standard expected . So they will be shown the door if they don't improve. Fair enough I'd say, it's no more than I would expect from any team manager.

Fair point, but how can players like Bobby Ryan and Jamie Harris and Steve Williams and Gary O'Neill pick up their performance when they're not even getting a sniff?

It works both ways Mr Fenlon, you too, need to 'pull up your socks' and consider why your team selections aren't working. Players aren't always to blame.

    Exactly.

I disagree that Crowe and Byrne don't work though. Despite our sh*t service to them they have 22 goals between them and Crowe spent a good while injured, not exactly poor.

But still far less effective as Fitzpatrick and Byrne were last year. Don't know what Fitzer has done, but he has not had a look in this year.

    Steve Williams

I don't rate Delaney as a keeper. Is Willo still out of action? I saw he was togged out last Monday night. What is the story there?
The sooner he is back between the sticks, the better for Shels, IMO.

On the thread Delaney did nought wrong at Turners Cross. I think Steve Williams was dropped not out of action. Perhaps an action of a man under pressure. Knock 5 times and Bosco will come out. Maybe its uhfasuck and the hand up his ass is too big. It would suprise us all if a Shels fan would bother themselves to reply to a genuine question. Is there anyone out there who can anwser Fair Plays question? Reply when youre winning.

Willo was dropped in favour of Delaney and when the Delaney came in he was solid but now a few mistakes have been made and i think Willo will be restored as 1st team goalkeeper again soon enough

Radar, maybe if we undertstood what the question and what you are crapping about we might answer
