    Watching an Ireland match

I'll be in Abington (near Oxford) when Ireland will play France, Cyprus and Switzerland and I wanted to know if you could tell me where I could watch the games. The problem may be that I am only 16 years old (so I would probably not get into a pub?)

I don't know about the adult... I am at a hostfamily there... Hopefully I can convince one of them but they probably want to watch the england match...
But if I could. Do you know how I can found out where a pub is where they show it? I think there was a web site with a listing but I can't remember...

the below is an irish club in oxford. might be worth you giving them a ring at the time.

The Shamrock Bar (above the Crown House Club),
    Crown Street
01865 421970 / 463692 Weekdays: open evenings. Weekends: open afternoons & evenings Founder Danny Bourke informs us that all profits made by the bar are donated to good causes. The bar is youth-orientated, and is a real Irish social club (nothing 'themed' about it). Live music. Membership is £10 but you can be signed in free if you mention Daily Info.

I notice from his profile that Tuff Paddy lives up Oxford way. Maybe you could send him a personal message asking where's best to watch the game. Otherwise, send the host family out to the pub to watch Ingerland and you watch Ireland in the house! There you go sorted!
