That's probably part of the issue though. The big lads don't tend to get played in midfield,.from a young age they get put at the back or up front.

He's a young CB who does the basics right, is good in the air despite not being the tallest and can make good runs forward on the left. I think he would benefit and would stand out more in a better league/more technical team. Hopefully gets a move away from Derby.
That's 2 wins and two clean sheets in a row after an away win in Monaco. Definitely their best win of the season.
Relegation looks like way less of a threat now with 6 points between all those in the bottom half of the table. If he's still playing week in week out I reckon he has to be in the next squad instead of the likes of Duffy (looks like he carries a similar goal threat).
What about the Duffy / O'Brien dream team goal threat ? !
Any team with Duffy in it only gives me nightmares to be honest. Unless we're going back to playing a really deep defensive line, which I doubt we will be.
Between Collins, O'Shea, O'Brien, Scales, McGuinness and Omobamidele once he starts getting his game we surely won't need Duffy by next autumn? Egan could do with showing some better form when he comes back from injury or there might be question marks over his starting place also.

I'm not that hopefull for Egan to be honest. Him and Duffy are the same age and Egan isn't even expected to be back to full fitness until late next year after his latest injury and surgery, according to Sheff Utd. Obviously, if he gets back to full fitness and his previous form, he'll be good to have in the squad but I think we should be focusing on the lads you mentioned above.

Interesting stat highlighted by OLs tv channel about O'Brien only giving away one foul in the last five games. Impressive stat given his size. While you might expect a big lad to win his duels it can be easy at times for opposition players to buy a foul against big lads like O'Brien.
