I think it might be too late now, but if we were to qualify for the first round proper, what are the chances of removing the crush barriers, getting a few cavity blocks and borrowing a few planks of wood from bishopstown to make the shed seated. IMO this would not be very difficult to do.
I rekon the fans could give a helping hand.

Ekranas had the areas behind their goals closed cos only had wooden benches on the terracing. Their plastic seats were just screwed onto the sorta rotten wooden benches on the rest of the ground.

I think you'd only get a few hundred seats into the shed and I doubt the cost of that would be offset with ticket sales.
Having said that, CCFC could apply for the same derogation the national team had now that the plans to redevelop the Shed end are in place and the money to carry out the work can be drawn down.
