Scored one and missed a penalty as Celtic beat DC United 4-0 last night. Only played the second half (usual story of lots of halftime subs)
Is he staying at Celtic this season? Bit disappointing if so after his performances for WBA last season
With his efforts in the last few months, if West Brom don't buy him I'd say other Championship teams will be interested. Could just go to Norwich in a straight swap for Idah I suppose, or with Celtic giving a million or two plus Johnston to sign Idah.

Scored the fourth against Chelsea in their final pre-season match. Hopefully on course to make more of an impact at Celtic this season than he had in previous seasons
Surplus to Rodgers' requirements and likely to be signed by Burnley; medical arranged.

Fee agreed with Sheffield Utd.

Hopefully Burnley have genuine interest because that would probably be a better suited move for the lad.
Returns to WBA on a 4-year contract.

Better move for him than the others suggested I think.
A brace for Johnston today against Bristol City (O’Leary, Knight and McNally). A free header and a lovely curler. He’s on fire according to the socials.
Molumby booked too I see. Nothing's changed there!
Didn't actually realise he hadn't scored in the league all season before today. He's the 25th Irish player to score in the Championship this season.
Great opportunity for him, but not ideal for Ireland in terms of the amount of travel he'll have to take on during international breaks.
Irish players transferring to Ferencvaros and Flamengo this week, a change from the likes of Fleetwood and Forest Green anyway.

I love it,badly need our footballers to branch out to new football environments ,having them all stuck in the English football system won’t work anymore….
Irish by birth ,Harps by the grace of god.
How random is this?? Hopefully he makes a great impact and the travel doesn't affect his international prospects too much. Could be a great move
Folding my way into the big money!!!
Del8ghted for him. He feels like the closest to our childhood memories of a Brazilian footballer that we have had since mcgesdy and duff. Also pleasantly surprised that the money he can get is been reported as significantly more than he is getting at West Brom as I would have thought a top 10 championship club would be paying better than a top brazilian club. Im delighted for the romance of football that isn't the case. We should still absolutely pick him
Flamengo have the money they've earned from the Club Cup I guess - $27m I think. That'll help
Brave move to be spending it on Mikey Johnston, but it could work I guess. As you say, the most Brazilian player we've had in a long time
