    3,674 just announced, great attendance for a cold enough bank-holiday and a 5pm kick-off!

3,674 is a decent crowd for a 5pm kick-off on the back of that 4-0 hammering by St. Pats on Friday. Will be interesting to see the attendances at the other Bank-Holiday fixtures tonight!

I'd say it was double that from Dundalk away. About 120. Clearly more than Drogheda brought

4012 in Tallaght last night which, we just cant seem to get Mondays working by comparison with Friday at all.
That being said 4000 would have been a huge crowd a couple of years ago

By the by, any chance that the 12 in the attendance figure were UCD fans?

Having read elsewhere today about PD attendances from earlier in the season being revised on FAI Connect, decided to have a look at Kerry's stats:

    Cobh now 1,214
    Treaty stated as 1,230
    Athlone now 1,196
    Harps nudged slightly to 1,135

Overall average would then be roughly 1,188, but all in all significantly less variance over the four matches than had been previously suggested.

Crowd estimates from LOITV viewing on 10/04/2023

Shels v Sligo, looked well over 2500+. The attendance was split on both sides with the Main Stand & Riverside Stand well populated.
Derry v Bohs looked over 3,000+. Main Stand was more or less full 950+, while opposite side had over 2000 including 300+ Bohs fans.
Drogheda v St. Pats looked over 1500+, with an estimated 5/600 visiting fans and close to 1,000 home fans.

Is every Derry game not essentially a sell out?

As mentioned on your away attendances thread, the game was totally sold out, 600 away fans, meaning there was 1625 home fans as the official attendance given was 2225

Yes, all sold out. Ground holds 4k. Not sure if free tickets are counted though, or if the club ever actually reports attendance figures.

LOI Connect app has updated about 60% of matches - some higher others now lower. I can only guess that they have received the official paperwork from clubs, where as the figures on the night or day after are verbal reports?

Some strange ones - Derry's lowest figure was previously against Sligo. Its now their highest.
The app even went to the bother of updating two fixtures by 1 attendee! Bohs-Rovers was 4290, now 4291. Galway-Treaty was 2304, now 2305

Drogheda and Shamrock Rovers figures haven't changed.

I have updated figures for Premier Division: https://twitter.com/LoI_stats/status...20342240174080

    And First Division: https://twitter.com/LoI_stats/status...03287333486615

Far as I'm aware, it's the clubs who give the figures for FAI Connect, so this is the first season in a lifetime that Derry have given official figures for their games to date, or at least as far as Bohs game which is given as 3,600.

You think UCD have 12 fans :
Out for a spell, got neglected, lay on the bench unselected.

But what about the away allocation? I thought I read somewhere that the all sold out was based on a figure of 3,700 for home fans?

But is that due to number, or weight?
