Believe Longford v Harps attendance was 608. Given how cold it was and the rugby, Paddy's weekend, people broke after Cheltenham etc that's not bad. Won't be 100 at our games soon the way we are playing
Shels ultras are usually behind the goal for womens games. It's not segregated so you can go wherever.

I phoned the speaking clock to hear a voice speak, it said - "At the tone you will be very much alone"
While watching the game I was actually thinking that if the backers decide they can’t afford it anymore would Longford be able to attract new investment or could they drop out of the league?
Given the low population of the whole catchment area and how the ground is so far from the town the club have really punched above their weight.
Looks like Athlone will be Kerry's first game that doesn't sell out - the stand is already full up, but the terraces are noticeably slower to go than they were for the opening encounters.

A Championship: 4 years - 8 first teams - 0 financially ruined. First Division '14: 7 first teams.
Opportunity lost for new clubs/regions to join the LoI family.
Looking forward to the trip to Kerry in three weeks time. Should be a decent crowd of Harps fans down, lot of people talking about going down and staying overnight for the first game between the sides.

How close to 1 million combined attendance do people think we'll get? I reckon it will be close but might fall just short. If we continue at the same rate we're set for ~918k.
Attendances tend to dip in the summer but at the same time there is going to be another stand put into Tallaght in August which you'd hope would help balance that out.
If there's a Dublin derby in the cup final I reckon it'll be as good as a sell out. Add in the other cup games and it'll be very close.
Is the new stand in Tallaght going to be used for big away crowds when it’s open or are they just keeping them where they are now?
Irish by birth ,Harps by the grace of god.
I'm open to being corrected but I don't believe the intention is to house away fans in the North stand when it opens, but instead will leave them where they are currently, and the North stand would only initially open up as overflow for the bigger games. It's construction is as much to do with future Ireland underage/women's games held there as any need for increased Rovers/LOI European games.
