Sorry, you are dead wrong. I'm not a Westport man. I just have an interest in local soccer with no affiliation to any soccer club. This is a forum on FAI Junior Cup, not a spat on foot.ie forumites. If you have nothing constructive to add besides attacking the poster, I think you ought not to add anymore contributions to the site. Assuming that people are from a certain town is never a good idea and it is a worse idea that it appears in print. Ever hear of Libel Laws?
I'm sure that the PRO of Westport United might have given a reaction on that if he seen the post. Given the fact that you are querying his position, he must have known nothing about this rumour. I do not appreciate the (or wherever you're hiding TB) line as I have absolutely no affiliation in any guise to that particular club and I only support local soccer in general.
