Sad to say it, but we play long ball. We hoof it long, rush the defence and hope for the best. We are a long ball team!

Kilkenny are after coming on alot over the past few weeks. Winning 2-0 tonight, they beat Dundalk 5-0 last week and Sligo 2-0 the week before that. Fair play too them. They did Rams a faver anyway. Hopefully they will beat Athlone tomorrow night.

Darren Young and Steven O'Mahony amongst the scorers.
The ball is round and has many surprises.

two players who should be starting in the first 11!

anyway missed the match v kilkenny as i was in london. had to make do with watching davids debut for spurs, the fantastic defoe and the sublime pass and move of fc porto. topped off with seeing social distortion at the astoria (if that means anything to anybody!). oh well.

Don't want us to change another nice thread into a music one but I'm well impressed. Did they cover 'Pretty In Pink'?

    A fellow Tottenham fan ??

Wow that must have been some occasion. I hear the welcome Davids got was awesome. What an excellent piece of transfer business. Roll on next week.

Till then I gotta watch the Lims playing crap footie.

nope not a spurs fan at all. best match on paper in london last saturday so thats why we picked it. davids got a big reception but the reception robbie keane got was amazing. chants of keano and theres only one keano ringing around the ground. hes a fans favourite for sure. juts like RK is to us LFC fans!

has davids always had the pitbull nickname or is that something the spurs fans have given him? he made 5 over the top challenges and would have been sent off in a competitive match for sure.
    you gowl!

been a spurs fan thirty years seen some good years but have seen long ball short ball no ball managers favourites and payed through the nose for it.seen the family/local support dwindle due to pricing the working man out of it.you seem to still have the family/local element from what i have seen and read and you should thankfull.we have know been relagated to alocal watering hole 400m from the lane due to basicly greed but do not worry we still enjoy talk of the good old days
