Intermediate Cup
Could somebody inform me as to who won this years Intermediate Cup.
I know the final was btwn Cherry Orchard and Ashtown Villa.
Also what are ppl's opinions on next years competition beginning in June during the World Cup ??
This doesn't give us part-timers much of a break and will lead to some clubs not entering, I'd imagine and in turn taking away from the cup in the long term.
why is it starting in June? Is it so the last eight can enter the FAI Cup or what?
Yeah. They are running off the first 3 rounds in June.
The FAI Cup is beginning in July/August so they need to know the non-league participants by then.
We were only informed of this about 2 weeks ago.
Bit late notice, don't u feel.
I think the 1st round is on the day after Irelands game against Cameroon.
