That's a hugely interesting appointment and presumably an effort to unite some of the football factions and maybe put an end to the Yola threat? He'll certainly have the contacts in junior football to attract some of the top players across.

First Wexford signing - Aaron Robinson from Longford.
Superb signing for ye Forza. Im gutted that AR is gone from us. He was my player of the season for us.
Gary Cronin is he the right man to manage Longford Town?
Thanks, Marty. Word is we're losing a lot of players to Bray. I wonder will they be replaced by a group from Longford?

Thomas Considine returns to Wexford for the 2023 season. Good signing for the club.
Kaylem Harnett, probably the best young male player I've ever seen at the club, has signed again for Wexford. U15 Irish player of year in 2022.

Marty, No there's a new regime in place in Wexford now headed by the new CEO, Tony Doyle. (Ownership of the club remains in the hands of a Supporters' Trust.) Tony promised to find new sources of commercial funding for the club, and to give credit where it's due, the rumours would suggest that these promises will bear fruit.
