Handy for neither set of fans. At least it's easy enough to get from Waterford to Dublin.

FAI doing their best to ruin the final it seems. Rob Harvey gets the game, if I’ve seen him ref two good game down the years involving us it’d be a lot…Michelle O’Neil is part of the match officials team to take the game - a far better referee then Harvey and should have the main job on the day!

I think we'll be going into this fully focused so the horrible history of the playoffs shouldn't be playing on the players minds, if anything they'll be eager to avenge last years defeat

In fairness most if not all of the players won't have a notion about that fact, so yeah, it's not going to impact Friday, while last year probably will

There could be near 2000 Waterford fans there tonight. About 20 Fleetwood Town fans coming over to support the Blues as well. What are the predictions? I go for 2-1 to Waterford to reverse the result last year.

Think Waterford will take it, UCD had a good run at the end of the season but Waterford were going all season just think they'll have too much for the Students & it look like they will have a decent support behind them. But in a one game playoff you just never know

It'll certainly be a much closer game than most Waterford fans are expecting, judging by social media comments at least.

UCD have a few dangerous players, and never underestimate the gap between Premier and First Division, regardless of how bad Harps and UCD performed away from the rest of the Premier this year.

Could potentially go to extra time this.

Cheers, I wasn't 100% sure! I fancy Waterford, they are on a serious roll of form. Should be a good match.

    3000+ at it anyway.

    Probably 500-750 UCD. Balance Waterford

Can tell that easier now we've scored too!!

UCD take shock lead. Great attendance at the game. Whoever is in my ST seat better enjoy themselves.

    Is it a shock?
Slightly fancy UCD to see this one out.

Similar to last season but we've scored early rather than them

But Waterford as unimpressive as last year so far.

Don't expect that to last this time though. A second for us would make it interesting
