That's starting to look like a decent U21 team, and not just that but plenty of those players seem to have been on the scene for a while. Why is Stephens not in the squad?
Here they come! It’s the charge of the “Thanks” Brigade!
End Apartheid Now! One Team in Ireland!
Mark O'Brien can consider himself unlucky yet again. At least there are no more York City players there though. Rhys Murphy is injured I presume...
"We lost because we didn't win"- Ronaldo
I thought Matt Doherty would get in..
Mark O'Brien should at least be in the squad, but then again there are already 5 CBs in the squad. Who should he be in ahead of? As a back up RB maybe?
Connolly is supposed to be a CB but has been playing RB or CM for King. Oyebanjo was backup RB too, while Towell who has been playing CM is also able to play RB.

O brien is overage for 19s seems strange he did not make this squad
Are you sure? He's still 18.
1 Jan 1992 is the cutoff for the U19s I'd imagine, so he'd still be eligible.
From the Regulations of the UEFA European U19 Championships 2011/2012 - http://www.uefa.com/MultimediaFiles/...2_DOWNLOAD.pdf
According to O'Brien's player profile on Derby's website - http://www.dcfc.co.uk/page/FirstTeam...~47097,00.html - his birthday is 20/11/1992 making him just overage for the U19 qualifying tournament coming up in OctoberPlayers are eligible to play in the competition if they were born on or after 1 January 1993. The national associations are responsible for the strict observation of this provision.
I was tempted to look them up, but was too lazy. Good work as always Tets.
Fergusons first team experience at Newcastle is surely worthy of a call.
