Just wonderin how he is gettin on? was good last time i saw him but that was a while ago

Well he's still around but wouldn't be a regurlar starter and with O Donovan's good performance last night he could struggle to start.

Well both players have a lot to learn and O'Donavan is still settling in. But for the future I think Russell looks like the better prospect

And they both play in different positions its just that John isnt having a particularly good season. We are yet to see the best of John Russell and Alan O'Donavan.........

Russell is a good player and he was a great prospect but i think he hasnt reached the level we thought he would. He has put in a fine few good performances but not enough. :l

Colin you have to remember what age Russell is. Give him time and he'll become a great assett for the club. Hes not even 20 yet and he hasnt had that much games you never know he might do what Murphy did and go up front from midfield and become our top scorer
