The young Boys in Green will take on Israel in Tallaght Stadium on Friday, September 23 (kick-off 7pm).
Tickets went on sale at 10am this morning priced €10**for adults, €5* for children and €20* for a family ticket (two adults, two children).
There is anticipated high demand*for the game which is first ever Play-Off encounter for an Irish U21 game. Manager Jim Crawford and his side are looking to create history by becoming the first Irish team to reach an*U21 European Championships.*
The U21s were backed*by their highest crowds of the campaign in Tallaght in June with more than 6,000 fans attending games against Bosnia & Herzegovina and Montenegro. Ireland won both games 3-0 and 3-1 respectively with the victories securing second place in Group F.*Those wins also*propelled the young side to an all-time high of 19th in the UEFA rankings*
Ireland are scheduled to play Israel for the return leg on*Tuesday, September 27 at Bloomfield Stadium, Tel Aviv.
