    My Ancestral Roots to Football

Zamunda or Parador. Zamunda is a fabulous African country with an elegant Royal Family, where Royal Penises are cleaned , though Parador is a corrupt, despotic South American state !!

Ireland and Ireland only despite the fact that I wasn't born there, I could hardly bother me @rse to watch inguuurluuund on telly never mind ever thinking the shocking thought of wanting too play for them.

Just Republic of Ireland. My lineage goes back 100% Irish as far as I can trace.

Ireland or England, miss out on Germany by one generation, although that part of Germany is Russian/Polish now anyway.

    Counties = Wicklow or Cork.

Conceived in Glasgow, born in Dublin, brought up in Galway and given an Italian (third) Christian name - no wonder I'm scattered.

I'll take the Italian "connection" though although the way things are going for Gordon Strachan, you know...................

You can pretty much play for any county.
Think it comes down to owning a house in that county.
Don't think you have to own a property or even live or work in the county..
But you do have to have some connection to the county.. You grew up there or played club there, parents are from there etc.. Out of Loyality most players usually stick to their own counties..
Plenty of the young fellas on the Galway team don't own any property and I used to work with a Laois hurling and Football county player and he Lived and worked in Galway yet played for Laois!!

    To answer the Question
What other nations could you play for?
    Answer is none
Irish through and through.. could only and would only play for Ireland..
In GAA would only play for Galway
sure why would I need or want to go elsewhere, Galway being all Ireland champions and all

    Soccer - only Ireland.

GAA - Kerry (originally from there, though was born in Limerick; think that qualifies me for Kerry?), Tipp (1 parent and 3 grandparents), Limerick (1 grandparent), Dublin (1 parent and currently living here).
