    Henry's goal (Weiz 0-5 Arsenal)

Did anyone see Henrys first goal it was a absolute cracker saw it on sky news this Morning!

A cross in from Senderos, Henry controlled it with his thigh chipped the defender with his right foot and scored with a cracking left footed volley...

Great stuff from the new captain, will be hard to get a goal that will top that this season..

Yep it was a lovely finish alright, what a ball from Swiss Tony too! Really enjoyed his cheeky flick to the top corner from one yard aswell.

Goal of the game for me however was from Bentley, beautiful move from the back rounded off with a long pass to Pires who backed heeled to Bentley - pure class.

Like most pre-season friendlies, game wasn't played at a great pace but there were good showings again from the likes of Hleb, Song, Djourou, Bentley and Swiss Tony. Future looks bright.

Yeah it was really good but Bergkamp's still got it too.

It was about 5 minutes into the game! Mathieu Flamini scored after 50 seconds.

Haven't heard anything about the rumours of Palace but there's a feeling that this is make or break year for Bentley at Arsenal. He's 20 now and although that's not too old he seems to be around for a good while now. He's probably getting to the stage where he'll want to leave to get regular football if he doesn't make an impact on the squad this year. Early signs are promising from pre-season, his attitude looks good and he's playing well.

Basically his best position is in the bergkamp role behind the front striker. He's got exceptional ball skills and can find little passes between defenders. His first touch is good, his link up play is good and he's got a decent eye for goal. He's quicker in the mind than he is with his feet - not blessed with fantastic pace.

Norwich played him alot on the right side of midfield but I'm not sure that he is as effective from that position. In the two pre-season games i've seen so far, his link up play has been very good especially against Weiz where himself, Pires and Henry created some lovely one-touch triangle football although the opposition were not up to much.

I think he's got everything it takes to be a player at Arsenal but wonder if his patience will run out. A loan move to another London club however would be good for him especially if he's linking up with Johnson at Palace - that could be a very good partnership.

if Wenger reckons he is as good as he thinks he is however then I do feel he should be thrown into the first team squad now at the very least.

    hope this helps!
