Morris 10 games, Sheedy (really Newell) 9 games.

Fenn is just a case of Paul Lennon picking an out of work manager and matching him with a vacant job for a story with no source.

Morris brought nothing to the table. If we were boring, but defensively solid, it'd be something or if the players really bought into it. It was the worst of all worlds. A team with plenty of attacking talent with a very one-dimensional manager - square pegs in round holes. Some players not up to it and some not pulling their weight, but it's easier change one manager than ten players. As was said, he kept his day job so it was a case of full time squad with part time manager, but to be fair to him, I believe he worked his job around training and made time for both. I have a degree of sympathy for him with the circumstances here, but still feel we were going nowhere with him.

Probably get another manager from England although the budget must be stretched now since Morris and Bircham were both contracted through 2023. Sully has detailed the off-field issues that make it almost impossible to succeed the last few years. Very much a poisoned chalice at the moment.

This is like a carbon copy of 2011 when we started as raging hot favourites, lost a load of games early and never got going. Sacked Stephen Henderson in May and improved, but it was a wasted year and the subsequent court case almost closed the club down. Happy days!
