This is essentially a four nation tournament ( Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales ), a Ireland 'C' team if you will. This is not a eL XI vs Welsh Lge XI vs Scottish 3rd Div, vs Conference. This is why both Arkins and Gorman are in the 'Ireland' squad ( they both play in the North ). Presumably the other nations may pick players of the appropriate nationality from all of the Leagues.
Seems like a waste of time to me if they are bothering with the Conference and only the Scottish 3rd Div ( although I thought the 2nd Div was included too ).
When exactly is this tournament?
Ireland are playing on May 14th in Kettering and in Boston on May 16th and 18th, i think. i have the details around somewhere and i'll post them later.
