Having been injured in the Republic's U-21 game v Bosnia-Herzogovina last June, McEntee finally made his (very brief) debut for Walsall on Saturday, at the end of their win against Wycombe Wanderers in the FA Cup, First Round.
Happy 22nd birthday to Oisin McEntee, who made his first start for Walsall in their 2-1 win over Mansfield on New Year's Day. His team-mate and fellow Republic U-21 international Liam Kinsella scored for the first time in seven (!) years.
Walsall boss Mat Sadler has confirmed Oisin McEntee will be out for at least "a month" after the defender suffered a calf injury.
