Well, the 4th official is definitely a Knut.

FIFA have announced that a team of German Officials will take charge of the Republic of Ireland V France World Cup Qualifier at Lansdowne Road on 7th September 2005.

The Match will be refereed by Herbert Fandel and he will be assisted by Carsten Kadach and Volker Wezel. The Fourth Official will be Knut Kircher.
