I heard that NOC lost his backbone while interviewed on Live 95fm yesterday. Leonard Burke asked him to clarify what he meant in his managers address in Fridays programme, when he wrote that he wanted players who are committed to Limerick and who do not put personal stuff first and basically that this was the main reason why he released players in the past week. NOC claimed on radio that in fact he never said this and tried to pass the blame onto someone else, and added that he would find out who wrote it and get them to retract the comment in question.
It's pathetic that he doesn't even have the courage to stand by his own words and then to feign ignorance on public radio really does smack of a man with no class whatsoever. The words that appeared in the managers address came directly from NOC's mouth (thats a fact and something that not even you can defend this time Joe I'm afraid), he might not have physically picked up a pen and wrote the words down, but he did dictate what was written and if you noticed appeared as a direct quote in the programme.
Limerick 37, its so shiny and new we dare not take the cover off.

Heard that interview alright Saturday morning, also claims not to have heard the McCarthy chants or the banners being held up. Is he deaf and blind? It might explain some of his team selections.
No its just another example of NOC's famous amnesia it often results in him forgeting that he is suppose to be a football manager
