cork with a 2-0 win at ucd, games we played against them last season were reasonably even so 2 well matched teams it seems. as ever with UCD not a clue on their lineup but cork pretty strong
Cobh 0 Dundalk 3, this evening.
Hoban (2) and Dan Williams new player on season long loan from Swansea with the other goal. Reports saying he had a very impressive game.
#DundalkFC - First Irish club to win an away game in Europe (1963), first Irish club to win points in a group stage in Europe (2016).

Galway Utd beat Finn Harps 1-0 on Sunday. Our new Spanish centre back looks good. We're playing Shelbourne on Saturday in Terryland
Cobh 0 Dundalk 3
3 second half Goals - Dan Williams on his debut and two from the old reliable,Hoban.Game also marked the return to action of town favourite Brian Gartland as a 2nd half sub.
Dundalk team and subs are on DundalkFC.com and the Ramblers team is on their Twitter page for anybody interested.
Dundalk next play v Bohs in OP next Tuesday in a behind closed doors fixture.
https://kesslereffect.bandcamp.com/album/kepler - New music. It's not that bad.
If the game wasn't a charity event it would never have been played on a hurling pitch, a pitch that we played a UEFA Cup Winners Cup game vs Odense on 30 years ago! Mission accomplished though, decent crowd and a nice bit of money raised for Keith https://www.gofundme.com/f/help-keit...es-for-illness
See our first two friendlies against SR and Bohs are BCD . Any reason for this? Apologise in advance if question was ansrd already.
Gary Cronin is he the right man to manage Longford Town?
I haven’t seen any club provide a reason but a good few have announced BCD. Pats have done the same with the caveat of 'unless otherwise stated' so I’ve my fingers crossed a few of them will hopefully be announced as non BCD closer to the date of the game. Frustrating all the same

Yeah, think you're right on Cork game, and I don't know any more than that. (Wasn't at myself). I think it was mostly first team in the second half, who lost 2-0 having come out 0-0 at half-time...
And not aware of any games before Shels
Pats 3-2 Bohs in abbotstown tonight. Jamie Mullens opened the scoring then Eoin Doyle equalised for pats for 1-1 at half time. Pats went ahead early in the second half through Kyle Robinson then Promise Omochere scored about 10 mins later. Mark Doyle scored the winner near the end with a very nice finish into the bottom right corner

It appears we're winning pre-season once again.
In Morris’s first game as Waterford manager. We beat Cobh 5-0 at lunch time today.
